Job description

Base pay range

$65.00/hr - $75.00/hr

About the Role:
We're looking for a ServiceNow Developer with deep experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension based on performance and project needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing ITAM and ITSM modules from the ground up-preferably across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITAM (Hardware/Software) and ITSM modules

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

Build and maintain custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations

Lead full-cycle implementations of ITAM and ITSM, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment

Perform gap analysis and module optimization to ensure best practices are followed

Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations

Provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting, and enhancements

Required Qualifications:

Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)

Proven experience implementing ITAM and ITSM modules from scratch (at least one full lifecycle; multiple preferred)

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities

Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Asset Lifecycle, and Service Catalog

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Implementation Specialist - Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM) and/or

Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM)

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Familiarity with ITIL best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Implementation Specialist - Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM) and/or

  • Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM)

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices
