We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules, focusing on Hardware and Software Asset Management functionalities, including forms, workflows, UI policies, Business Rules, ACLs, and UI Builder.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
• Design and implement workflows, automation, and integrations to streamline asset management processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with the ITAM Team to implement best practices for asset lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to asset management, data discrepancies, and system integrations.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing.
• Provide advanced support for ServiceNow, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis.
• Develop, support, and troubleshoot integrations within ServiceGPI to maintain the accuracy of SAM Pro and CI data.

Job Requirements:

• 6+ years of ServiceNow Implementation experience as a Developer.
• 4+ years of experience with SAM Pro and HAM Pro.
• 4+ years of CMDB and Integration experience.
• 3+ years of IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience.
• 3+ years of Service Portal experience.

Note: US Citizenship is preferred.
