Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

NTT DATA is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and configure ServiceNow modules, focusing on Hardware and Software Asset Management, including applications, forms, flows, workflows, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Builder, and other configurations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement workflows, automation, and integrations to optimize asset management processes.
• Collaborate with the ITAM Team to implement best practices for asset lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to asset management processes, data discrepancies, and system integrations.
• Provide technical guidance to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures.
• Support and troubleshoot ServiceNow integrations and core components.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of ServiceNow Implementation experience as a Developer.
• 4+ years of experience with SAM Pro and HAM Pro.
• 4+ years of CMDB and Integration experience.
• 3+ years of IT Asset Management experience.
• 3+ years of Service Portal experience.

Note: US Citizenship is preferred.
