Job summary

Alldus is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our internal team and help build out the ServiceNow platform with ITSM, CSM and FSO focus. This hybrid role covers Orlando, FL and nearby locations including Miramar, FL and Newark, OH.

You will collaborate with the ServiceNow Development team, gather requirements, design solutions, mentor apprentices, and deliver end-to-end implementations and integrations using out-of-the-box and custom apps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong technical development background in ServiceNow.
• Experience focusing on ITSM, CSM and FSO.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ServiceNow Development team and Architect.
• Gather requirements and conduct demos/workshops with internal stakeholders.
• Design ServiceNow solutions for customers and stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end implementations including integrations and platform modernization.
• Mentor ServiceNow apprentices and share platform knowledge.
• Hands-on development following ServiceNow best practices for OOTB and custom apps.
• Work across modules with emphasis on ITSM, CSM and FSO.

Salary: $110k-145k depending on experience + Benefits & Bonus

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the internal team helping to build out the ServiceNow platform focused in ITSM, CSM & FSO.

What will you be doing:

• Collaborating closely with a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team & the ServiceNow Architect
• Work with internal stakeholders, gathering requirements and performing demos/workshops
• Help design ServiceNow solutions for customers & stakeholders
• Work on implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform
• Work with ServiceNow apprentices to help mentor them in the platform
• Be hands-on technically working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements
• Work cross-modular across the platform but with particular focus on ITSM, CSM & FSO.

Experience:

• Strong ServiceNow technical development background
• 2+ years of ServiceNow experience minimum
