Job summary

SD Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the IRS IRWorks platform, performing development, configuration, integration, testing and ongoing operations in an Agile environment.

You will translate requirements into secure, maintainable ServiceNow solutions, build Business Rules, Script Includes, UI policies, and work across CMDB, CSDM, Service Portal, and UI Builder. Federal experience and CSA/CIS preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow / Enterprise Service Management experience.
• At least 2 years supporting Federal Government environments.
• Strong ServiceNow application development and JavaScript experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Experience with CMDB/CSDM.
• Experience with Service Portal and/or UI Builder.
• Experience with Update Sets and release/deployment processes.
• Experience with testing, upgrades, integrations, and data migration.

Responsibilities
