Experience Required

10+ years of overall software development experience, including 5+ years of ServiceNow development.

Mandatory Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of ITSM implementation/development experience.
• Financial Services industry experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software/application development.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow ITSM applications.
• Strong experience developing and customizing ServiceNow modules.
• Experience in the Financial Services domain.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Service Catalog.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience with Update Sets, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
