Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a ServiceNow professional to lead development and administration for government-focused environments. The role involves designing workflows, configuring ITSM/ITBM/ITAM, and building dashboards and reports to improve efficiency and user experience.

Candidates should have 5+ years in ServiceNow, a Bachelor's in a related field, and an active Secret clearance. Prior federal/DoD exposure and strong ITIL/Agile knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required at contract award.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Software Development, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum five years of ServiceNow development or administration experience.
• Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow apps, workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Experience supporting ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM modules.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating processes into technical solutions.
• Federal/DoD or mission-critical environment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development, configuration, administration, and architecture.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, JavaScript, business rules, client scripts, UI policies.
• Familiarity with Agile development, sprint planning, testing, and release management.
• Understanding ITIL incident, change, knowledge, and asset management.
• Ability to develop reports, dashboards, integrations, workflows, and UI.
• Familiarity with Section 508 and DoD cybersecurity requirements.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification required at award.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist–IT Service Management preferred.
• Additional ServiceNow, ITIL, Agile, or cybersecurity certifications preferred.
