Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Experience with Workflow Studio and IntegrationHub.
  • Hands-on integration experience using MID Servers.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in scripting and automation, with strong system analysis and client-solution skills.
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, troubleshooting, and platform configuration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions (workflows, scripting, integrations, UI, and extensions).
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and upgrade-readiness using best practices.
  • Deliver production-ready solutions and balance declarative with programmatic development.
  • Architect and automate business processes while identifying needs through team coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and clients to meet quality standards.
  • Write and maintain high-quality code that remains stable through upgrades.
  • Proactively identify solutions to business-impacting IT issues.
  • Translate business goals into technical requirements while acting as a bridge between infrastructure teams and end-users.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM) and custom-scoped applications.

THE TEAM

This role is on our Software Integration and Administration team, which consists of closely-knit team members who value diverse skills, experiences, and perspectives. Our team is constantly evolving, requiring a high degree of adaptability and initiative. We foster a collaborative environment where you’ll receive the support you need to master new technologies, grow your skill set, and contribute to our collective success.Location & Hours: This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Little Rock, Arkansas headquarters. A high level of attendance is required as an essential function of this position.No immigration sponsorship (ex. H-1B, TN, STEM OPT) is available for this position

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
