Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in scripting and automation, with strong system analysis and client-solution skills.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, troubleshooting, and platform configuration.

Responsibilities

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM) and custom-scoped applications.

This role is on our Software Integration and Administration team, which consists of closely-knit team members who value diverse skills, experiences, and perspectives.
