Kforce is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a mission-critical engagement based in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and configuring ServiceNow modules, especially Service Catalog and Knowledge Management. You will play a pivotal role in knowledge migration, catalog development, and end-to-end configuration activities.

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, primarily Service Catalog and Knowledge Management
• Lead knowledge base migration efforts with attention to data integrity and business alignment
• Build and maintain catalog items, workflows, and automation scripts
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams to understand priorities
• Ensure compliance with development best practices, platform governance, and system performance optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development
• Expertise in Service Catalog item creation, workflow building, and catalog automation
• Strong experience with knowledge migration and configuration of Knowledge Management modules
• Proven capability in configuring, scripting, and optimizing ServiceNow modules
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work hybrid in Chicago, IL
• Must be able to convert to FTE (no visa sponsorship available)
