OVERVIEW

At Orion, we are seeking a ServiceNow Data Analyst to support a large-scale application cleanup and server decommissioning project across multiple divestitures. This opportunity involves extensive data collection, analysis, and reporting to track project progress and support decision-making.

PROJECT

Fully remote, 12-months contract-to-hire

SALARY (W2)

$85,000 – $95,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, analyze, and validate data from various sources to support project goals.
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions (dashboards, scorecards, ad-hoc reports) using tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Audit and follow up on data entries in ServiceNow and other systems.
• Interpret and communicate findings to stakeholders, including directors, managers, and front-line staff.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
• Support spreadsheet-based tracking and reporting efforts, including frequent updates and follow-ups.

KEY EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Data Analysis, Performance Analytics, and ITSM reporting.
• Experience with ServiceNow data structures, CMDB, and ServiceNow Reporting & Dashboards.
• Experience with ETL processes, data integration, and working with APIs for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of data governance principles, data modeling, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and CMDB data structures.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
