We are looking for a Mid-Level Data Analyst to support the development and execution of analytics initiatives that drive business insights and decision-making. This role involves implementing analytics solutions, contributing to development best practices, and collaborating closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality analytics output and supporting the growth of our analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute analytics initiatives and ensure timely delivery of data projects.
  • Contribute to establishing and upholding coding standards and development best practices.
  • Participate in decisions related to data solution architecture and tool selection.
  • Help define and implement development methodologies for analytics workflows.
  • Review peer code and provide constructive feedback to improve solution quality.
  • Work with stakeholders and the Data & AI team to gather requirements, deliver insights, and communicate project progress.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.]
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or analytics development.
  • Python is preferred but Tableau experience is required.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data pipelines, and analytics best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • 13th Month Pay
