Job summary

Bridge Core is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Engineer in Herndon, VA, to mature Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) efforts through CMDB integrations and ServiceNow discovery. The role emphasizes data integrity, CI attribute population, and collaboration with service providers to align CMDB with ZTA goals.

The ideal candidate has 11+ years of experience, a degree, and deep ServiceNow expertise across CMDB, Asset/Change Management, and Integration Hub, with Agile delivery experience using JIRA.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of relevant work experience with a degree
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development, CMDB, Asset and Change Management
• Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP and SQL/JDBC
• Familiarity with JSON/XML formats and ZTA concepts
• Experience with Agile/Scrum (JIRA) delivery

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain CMDB integrations and ServiceNow discovery schedules
• Populate ZTA-relevant attributes on CIs in coordination with service providers
• Ensure data integrity across CMDB sources and stakeholders
• Create and schedule discovery jobs and maintain integrations against data source changes
• Support ZTA tasks by providing information to enable evolutions
