Job summary

Hunter Strategy is seeking a ServiceNow Integrator to configure, integrate, and support our IT service management platform and allied SaaS solutions. You will build workflows, catalog items, forms, and automation to enable reliable service delivery across our programs.

You will work near the cloud foundation the platform runs on, developing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based solutions with a focus on security and alignment with Federal policies, while educating teams on new cloud

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud computing across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Experience configuring and integrating an IT service management platform, such as ServiceNow, along with other approved SaaS solutions.
• Experience developing workflows, service catalog items, forms, rules, interfaces, and automation.
• Experience deploying and debugging cloud stacks.
• Strong troubleshooting across integration, platform, and user boundaries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to educate teams on cloud initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Configure, integrate, and support the program's IT service management platform and other approved SaaS solutions.
• Develop workflows, service catalog items, forms, rules, interfaces, and automation.
• Support platform releases and configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot integration and user issues.
• Work with engineering teams to develop, implement, optimize, and maintain cloud-based solutions.
• Deploy and debug cloud stacks.
• Develop and maintain production environment, modern and secure foundation for containerized apps.
• Identify optimal cloud-based solutions and maintain infrastructure per best practices and security policies.
• Collaborate with operations, support, security, and engineering teams to improve work intake and service processes.
• Maintain access and documentation.
• Ensure integrations are reliable and supportable.
