Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Developer to join our Enterprise Technology Systems team. The role focuses on delivering HRSD and ITSM solutions and shaping integrations with enterprise systems such as Workday and ERP platforms.

You'll collaborate with site and corporate teams, implement secure workflows, and participate in Agile delivery to drive scalable, user-friendly platforms for a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
2+ years of ServiceNow development experience and IT position experience.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, ACLs, and platform security.
Proficiency in server-side scripting.
Experience in Agile environments and technical delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows (HRSD/ITSM) and future modules.
Implement integrations between ServiceNow and HRIS/ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle EBS).
Maintain integrations (JDBC, REST, file-based) and configure Integration Hub spokes.
Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with internal policies.
Participate in Agile software development processes.
