Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Platforms - ServiceNow team. You will partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow initiatives, translating needs into clear user stories and functional specs.

You will design and enhance ServiceNow solutions, facilitate workshops, and analyze current and future state processes to recommend scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years as a Business Analyst with exposure to ServiceNow.
• Experience with hands-on coding and scripting.
• Proven BA experience in enterprise technology or ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong requirements gathering and process documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into user stories, flows, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Effective communication with business and technical audiences.
• Experience in Agile or iterative delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Business Analyst supporting the Platforms - ServiceNow team.

• Assist testing activities including test planning and validation of functionality.
• Maintain documentation and alignment of deliverables with goals and standards.
