Job Title: Portal Business Analyst (Remote – Europe)

Location: Remote (Must be based in Europe)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Portal Business Analyst to support the implementation of an Ordering Portal and its integration with Adobe's OnePortal within the Customer Service Management (CSM) environment on ServiceNow. The successful candidate will act as a Product Owner, collaborating with business stakeholders to drive product discussions and clearly document requirements in a structured backlog.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead and facilitate product discussions and requirement gathering sessions.
• Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Support the implementation of the Ordering Portal and its integration with Adobe OnePortal via ServiceNow.
• Work closely with ServiceNow developers and architects to ensure solutions align with business goals.
• Provide guidance and clarification throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure all requirements are accurately captured and traceable.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a ServiceNow environment.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow CSM and OM modules.
• Demonstrated experience in managing backlogs and agile product delivery.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Able to work effectively across time zones within Europe.
• Experience with Ordering systems or portals.
• Knowledge of Adobe OnePortal integration with ServiceNow.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, ServiceNow certifications).
