Remote 12 moths contract opportunity RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform detailed analysis, planning, and requirements definition for new PeopleSoft HCM functionality.

Develop functional architectures and models to meet evolving business requirements.

Conduct process improvement reviews, analyzing system functionality, operations, logistics, and personnel needs.

Map business processes to corresponding PeopleSoft functionalities.

Ensure applications align with business needs and collaborate with process owners to resolve issues.

Define data flow and ensure integration between business processes and systems.

Facilitate requirements gathering and user design sessions with key stakeholders.

Collaborate and coordinate project deliverables with other groups such IT, Performance Management, etc.

Collaborate with application designers to complete system enhancement designs.

Design and develop reports for HCM users.

Participate in testing of new functionalities, including end-to-end testing and system integration testing.

Assist the team lead in defining staffing, responsibilities, and schedules for system enhancements.

Identify cross-team issues and coordinate their resolution.

Develop PeopleSoft queries to meet reporting needs.

Write complex DML and DQL SQL scripts for database queries.

Perform analysis of business processes, model requirements and detail with specific division SMEs during workshops.

Discover and develop business process models with specific division SMEs to document (as-is) and/or Future State process models in BPMN modelling notation.

Create and Produce Standard Operational Procedures for various division specific processes

Create and Produce system flow documentation for various division specific processes

Perform detailed review of process models and organizational charts prior to review in alignment with project requirements.

Facilitate remediation of modeling issues/procedure documentation with SMEs.

Perform analysis of business processes, business and system requirements and system design for the development and configuration of software applications that support business requirements.
