ServiceNow Architect (SNA) – Journeyman – Washington, DC. Full-Time, Mid-Level position in the Administrative and Logistics Support department. CGS is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect (SNA) – Journeyman to support mission-critical operations for a federal client.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow platform solutions, establish governance standards, and develop scalable applications that support mission processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
• Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
• Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
