Your Role And Responsibilities

IBM is searching for a ServiceNow expert to guide clients through complex ServiceNow implementations and provide advice on best practices (ServiceNow and IBM). This individual should be ambitious, work independently, and mentor and lead developers & business process consultants. Handling change ambiguity and excellent time management are critical in this role.

• Understand customer critical business issues, requirements, and outcomes
• Draft solutions (Design/Build/Manage) defining scope, timelines, assumptions, and dependencies
• Incorporate IBM best practices & accelerators to complement ServiceNow modules & capabilities

Location & Work Environment

Washington, DC Metro area candidates are strongly preferred. This hybrid role requires working in the office Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications

Required

• At least 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow implementation specialist or similar role
• Experience implementing ServiceNow processes and functions
• SSO integration experience with Okta
• Experience customizing ServiceNow per client requirements
• Domain separation ServiceNow experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance

Preferred

• Experience within FEDRAMP environment and government security requirements
