Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Junior ServiceNow Architect to support a federal client from our Washington, DC location. You will design and implement ServiceNow solutions, establish governance standards, and develop scalable applications that support mission processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze challenges, and deliver documentation and reports. Qualifications include up to 3 years of relevant experience and an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

CGS is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect (SNA) – Junior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Design and implement ServiceNow platform solutions, establishgovernance standards, and develop scalable applications that support mission processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
• Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting missionobjectives.
• Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Minimum of Up to 3 years of relevant experience.

Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
