Job Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow implementations in architecture, design, development, and deployment.
- Guide ServiceNow development efforts and provide direct mentorship to teams.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects in terms of system functionality, client satisfaction, and business requirements achievement.
- Design, create, and manage ServiceNow architecture, including orchestration, CRM, integration services, and CMDB.
- Assist with Enterprise Architecture standards, including standing up ARB, architecture design templates, and related activities.
- Support structuring and governance for an API-led organization, including writing, implementing, managing, and governing APIs.
- Contribute to Azure and AWS initiatives for building microservices and APIs.
- Establish and oversee the technical readiness and strategic direction of applications and systems.
- Identify opportunities to add value to the business.
- Provide technical expertise, development estimates, and assumptions for new projects.
- Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and service offerings based on client feedback.
- Stay updated on new ServiceNow platform developments, releases, features, and functionalities.
- Ensure adherence to organizational change management processes.
- Create and promote reusable technical work products to enhance team efficiency.
- Establish and communicate technical standards and procedures.
- Recommend tools and methods to improve team productivity.
- Mentor junior developers and technical analysts to uphold high standards of work.
- Ensure all technical and functional work meets quality standards.
- Conduct technical reviews as needed.
Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) implementation is a plus.
