INSPYR Solutions in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Architect focusing on Source to Pay, Supplier Lifecycle Operations, and Vendor Management. Hybrid work arrangement is available.

Responsibilities include building catalogs/workflows, automating processes via IntegrationHub, configuring Business Rules and UI scripts, validating tests, and maintaining CMDB and discovery mappings. CSA and CAD are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience including ITSM, Service Portal, Discovery, CMDB
• Proficiency with Source to Pay modules, supplier lifecycle, and vendor management
• CSA and CAD certifications required
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript development background

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and advise on ServiceNow solutions
• Build and support catalog items and workflows
• Configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Client Scripts
• Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID servers
• Develop test plans and participate in weekly releases
• Create reports and dashboards; stay current with ServiceNow features
