Job summary

Realign Llc is seeking a ServiceNow Architect in Mims, FL to lead architectural efforts for ITSM, CMDB and integrations. The role requires ServiceNow CSA, ITIL and SDLC familiarity, with strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities include designing reliable environments, managing MID servers, and enabling discovery/workflows in cloud and on-premise infrastructures. Collaboration with infrastructure teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Technical Lead or Architect.
• Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, integrations and VA within ServiceNow.
• Basic cloud fundamentals and Windows/Unix administration.
• Understanding of infrastructure environments (server/network/storage).
• Experience with monitoring tools.
• ITIL process definition and integration solutions knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Understand application requirements and follow development best practices.

Must-Have Technical Competency

• Experience as a Senior Technical Lead / Architect.

• Basic Knowledge in Cloud Fundamentals, Windows/Unix admin skills
• Intermediate knowledge and ability of understanding Infrastructure environment setup (Server/Network/Storage/etc.)
