Airswift is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture and governance of enterprise ServiceNow initiatives in a highly collaborative onsite environment in Houston, TX (or Bartlesville, OK). Qualifications

  • 3+ years in IT Architect roles.
  • 6+ years with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and development.
  • Experience designing IT Operations Management solutions.
  • Experience designing ServiceNow solutions in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and governance requirements.
  • Experience leading ServiceNow architecture and solution design beyond configuration and development.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, ACLs and security, workflows, Flow Designer, integrations, CMDB, and CSDM concepts.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITOM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, CSM, SPM, SAM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
  • Experience with integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, or similar technologies; governance, upgrade planning, release management, and tech debt reduction.
  • Ability to create solution design documents, technical specifications, architecture diagrams, process flows, and implementation guidance.
  • Professional-level English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Support integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, or similar integration technologies.
  • Create and maintain custom applications, service catalog items, fulfilment workflows, self-service portals, and related platform components.
  • Support accurate CMDB data and deliver IT Operations Management solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, CSM, SPM, and SAM.
  • Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, optimise performance, and support security and compliance requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance to development team members and contribute to continuous improvement and platform roadmap planning.

Position Overview

ServiceNow Architect is a senior-level opportunity for a ServiceNow Architect to lead solution architecture, technical design, and platform governance within a complex enterprise environment. This position offers the chance to shape scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that improve workflow efficiency, user experience, security, and operational performance. The candidate will work in a highly collaborative onsite environment, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality platform outcomes. Role Context

This onsite role supports enterprise ServiceNow initiatives within a large-scale business environment. The position sits within a collaborative setting involving business analysts, process owners, IT teams, and wider stakeholder groups. The focus is on delivering architecture, governance, and platform enhancements across business-critical workflows and operations.

Key Responsibilities
