Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited is hiring a ServiceNow Application Developer on behalf of a DC Government client. The role supports the development, administration, and ongoing enhancement of the agency’s ServiceNow platform across ITSM, HRSD, S2P, ITAM, and other modules.

The candidate will configure, maintain, and evolve ServiceNow to support district-wide business processes, partnering with non-technical stakeholders and ensuring scalable, secure solutions aligned to agency priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience with ownership of an instance.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core components: forms, lists, tables, dictionary configuration; Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions; ACLs and update sets.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for the agency ServiceNow instance, supporting day-to-day operations.

Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring a ServiceNow ApplicationDeveloper on behalf of a DC Government client. The role supports thedevelopment, administration, and ongoing enhancement of the agency’s ServiceNowplatform within the Office of Data and Technology.

This role will play a critical hands‑on role in configuring, maintaining,and evolving ServiceNow to support district-wide business processes acrossmultiple modules, including but not limited to Source-to-Pay (S2P), HumanResources Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Service Management (ITSM), IT AssetManagement (ITAM), and other modules. The ideal candidate brings strongplatform fundamentals, experience supporting enterprise workflows, and theability to partner effectively with non-technical stakeholders across a largepublic-sector organization. The ServiceNow Application Developer will ensuresolutions are scalable, user-centered, secure, and aligned to agencyoperational priorities, while supporting continuous improvement of servicedelivery across central office and school-based teams.
