Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring a Senior ServiceNowDeveloper for a DC Government client. In this role you will play a crucial rolein designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNowplatform.

You will be responsible for maintaining and performing continual serviceimprovements on the following implemented modules: IT Service Management(ITSM), IT Financial Management (ITFM), Human Resources Service Delivery(HRSD), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM),and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). You will be expected to collaboratewith cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them intotechnical solutions.

Development and ConfigurationResponsibilities

• Work with the product owner and stakeholders to build requesteditems and tasks using workflows to manage processes and meet businessrequirements.


• Document and maintain functional business requirements, processflows, and business use cases.


• Perform operational administrative tasks as needed.


• Assist with report configuration and maintenance as needed.


• Configure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow andother systems.
