QinetiQ U.S. seeks a ServiceNow Administrator/Jr Developer to support a dynamic Research and Development client in Chantilly, VA. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, handling user and group access management while ensuring cybersecurity compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in relevant fields, 5 years of experience with significant time spent on ServiceNow administration or development, and a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificate. Preference will be given to candidates with advanced degrees and security certifications.

Qualifications

• 5 years total experience with 1-3 years in IT focused on ServiceNow.
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificate.
• TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage user and group permissions and access controls.
• Perform system patching, upgrades, and health checks on the ServiceNow platform.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and respond to user service requests.
• Assist with creating custom user interfaces and application on ServiceNow.
