The role requires 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, CSA certification, and ability to work with cross-functional teams while maintaining security compliance and up-to-date platform health.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow administration and development.
• Experience with Incident, Request, Problem, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
• CSA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain ServiceNow platform for IT Call Center operations.
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions and workflows.
• Gather requirements and translate into configurations and development.
• Develop and maintain workflows, flow designer automations, and orchestrations.
• Create reporting, dashboards, and analytics for SLA visibility.
• Perform platform health checks, upgrades, and patch management.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and training material.
• Ensure compliance with federal security requirements.
