Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Serviceability Expert to deploy Serviceability Guidelines across Product Lines in NAM, collaborating with North America teams and coordinating with Europe, India, and China as needed.

You will lead cross-functional Serviceability initiatives, influence product design with serviceability inputs, and drive training and onboarding for new offers. The role focuses on Secure Power and Cooling, with growth opportunities in diverse regions and offers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead deployment of the Serviceability Guidelines at Squad/Project level for Electrical/Mechanical, Digital and Circular Services
  • Drive technical and business enablement of Services through Product development
  • Facilitate collaboration between Services and Product Squads
  • Train the Product LoB community on Serviceability
  • Assess the offer Serviceability and provide design recommendations to Product Squads
  • Identify project roadmaps within Product LoB impacting ServicesGrowth
  • Support Offers creation projects with feature specifications for future services
  • Drive engagement of Services within Product LoB projects
  • Influence product design through Service specifications implementation
  • Evaluate Services stakes and revenues related to offer development
  • Capture customer needs related to serviceability and integrate into offer specs
  • Participate in Agile Squads as Serviceability Excellence Chapter member
  • Prepare Services training for new offers and regional implementation
  • Identify early actions on withdrawal of offers and communicate with stakeholders
  • Develop the Project Management Plan for Service deliverables aligned with launch plan

Serviceability Expert

As we progress with the Serviceability Transformation of our company, we’re looking to onboard a Serviceability Expert to deploy our Serviceability Guidelines across the Product Lines of Business. Joining the Serviceability Excellence Chapter, they will be accountable for the deployment of the transformation within the Product Line of Business Hubs in the NAM region. Although the future focus would be on Secure Power and Cooling offers, they will initiate their onboarding supporting Power Products and Power Systems Divisions. As the team is quickly evolving, they will have to adapt to the current needs of the team as well as prepare for the future operating model. The right candidate for this challenging role will work most of the time with counterparts in North America, although part of their time will be exchanging with colleagues in Europe, India or China. Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the deployment of the Serviceability Guidelines at Squad / Project level for Electrical / Mechanical, Digital and Circular Services
  • Drive the technical and business enablement of Services through Product development
  • Facilitates collaboration between Services and Product Squads
  • Trains the Product LoB community on Serviceability
  • Assess the offer Serviceability and provide technical / design recommendations to the Product Squads
  • Identify the roadmap of projects within the Product LoB susceptible to having an impact on the Services growth ambitions
  • Participate in the innovation phase of the Offer Creation projects prescribing features and specifications that will enable future services
  • Drive the engagement of Services within the Product LoB projects with a growth mindset
  • Influence the product design through the Service specifications implementation
  • Evaluate Services stakes and revenues linked to offer development and offer optimization from the Product LoBs
  • Reveal the customers’ needs related to the offer serviceability and ensure the integration of these needs in the offer specifications
  • Participate in the life of the Agile Squads of the Product LoBs as members of the Serviceability Excellence Chapter, representing the voice of the Services LoB
  • Define and lead the preparation of the Services training for new offers, size application opportunity by geography and ensure regional implementation
  • Identify early actions on withdrawal of existing offers and communicate with the Services stakeholders in the End of Commercialization of the offer
  • Develop the Project Management Plan for Service deliverables, aligned with the offer launch plan

  • Services Squads: Product Owners, Marketing Managers, Scrum Masters, and especially with the NAM Services Innovation Hub

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 142,400 - USD 213,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
