Job summary

Arnold Machinery in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Service Writer / PM Dispatcher to coordinate preventive maintenance, dispatch technicians, and liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure service jobs are completed on schedule.

You will prioritize workloads, monitor work-in-progress, review warranty status, assist with parts orders and administrative duties, and promote customer satisfaction. A $2,000 signing bonus is offered along with paid time off and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; related experience preferred.
• Previous experience in equipment service, dispatching, preventive maintenance, fleet maintenance, parts, or service writing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch technicians for preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and other service work.
• Monitor PM schedules and contact customers to coordinate upcoming services.
• Prioritize and dispatch service calls based on customer needs, technician availability, location, and priorities.
• Greet customers, handle calls and service requests, and assist with closing service jobs.
• Review daily WIP with Service Manager and ensure documentation and approvals are in place.
