Job summary

Bruckner Truck & Equipment is seeking a customer-focused service writer for our Irving, Texas location. You will greet customers, identify their repair needs, and initiate the write up process to drive accurate repair orders.

The role requires determining warranty coverage, documenting payment arrangements, and coordinating with the service team to ensure timely, quality work while maintaining a safety-conscious approach.

As a condition of employment, the applicant must submit to pre-employment testing for marijuana. The position is exempt from the state law prohibiting preemployment testing for cannabis use.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to pass physical, including drug test. Must maintain a professional appearance. Involves essential ability to climb around, on and under trucks in order to properly inspect and diagnose all types of problems and repairs. Must be able to lift 50 pounds to the waist and 25 pounds to the shoulder.
