Clarke Power Services, Inc. is seeking a Service Writer Customer Support Representative for a Monday–Friday day shift with a $28–$32 per hour wage and a $1000 hiring bonus. The role emphasizes customer Relationships, service sales, and accurate data entry to support repairs and invoicing.

Ideal candidates have a diesel technician background or related experience, a high school diploma, and ASE certifications are encouraged. CDL is a plus; you must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Diesel technician background is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ASE certifications are encouraged.

• Ability to create professional relationships with customers.
• Self-motivated and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Retail focus - Customer Relationship.
• Solicit sale of new or additional services.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Update customers on ongoing repairs in shop or field and process service invoices.
• Communicate with customers in person, over the phone and online.
• Handle and resolve service-related concerns.
• Write clear and informative repair orders.
