Qualifications

• 1+ year in a service role documenting needs, communicating status and delays.
• Experience creating and maintaining repair orders or service tickets.
• Experience scheduling/dispatching technicians and coordinating assignments.
• Experience preparing invoices from completed work orders, including labor and parts.

Responsibilities

• Document service needs and communicate progress to customers.
• Greet customers, triage service, and manage appointments.
• Create and maintain repair orders and coordinate technician assignments.
• Prepare invoices and estimates; obtain approvals when needed.
• Coordinate with Parts and Sales; track job status and billing.
