D2B Groups LLC, a growing heavy equipment and logistics company in Bucks County, is seeking skilled technicians at all levels to join our team. We offer training, modern tools, and a supportive environment to build a long-term career.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing large class diesel trucks, performing preventative maintenance, and communicating with management. CDL is a plus, but not required.

Formación

• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Experience with construction or heavy equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical/electronic systems, and drivetrains.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.
• Desire to continue learning and stay current with advances in equipment and repair technology.
• CDL is plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Large Class Diesel Trucks
• Perform preventative maintenance, routine service, and mechanical repairs
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, electronic, drivetrain, and mechanical systems
• Use diagnostic tools and technology to accurately identify equipment issues
• Complete repairs efficiently, accurately, and to our customer's high standards
• Communicate equipment issues, repair recommendations, and job status with the Service Manager and Shop Foreman
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Deliver a high level of workmanship and customer service on every job

Basic Qualifications:
