Premiere Motorsports is a boutique, performance-focused automotive company specializing in sports and luxury vehicles, with Premiere Service & Performance handling routine maintenance to performance builds.

The team is growing to 4-5 elite technicians and a 12V Audio / LED Specialist, offering a steady workflow and opportunities to work on Vanderhall, custom audio, and OEM-style LED integrations. You will join a momentum-driven shop with accountability and growth.

Qualifications

• Diagnostic authority and expertise are required.
• ASE certifications favored with automotive trade school graduation.
• Ability to navigate CRM systems Shopmonkey and PartsTech.
• Illinois driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear diagnostic direction and solve problems efficiently on first attempt.
• Proficient in electrical and powertrain repair and diagnosis.
• Assist in growing and mentoring mid-level technicians.
• Work on maintenance, diagnostics, and custom projects, including Vanderhall and OEM-style upgrades.

About Premiere Motorsports / Premiere Service & Performance

Premiere Motorsports is not your average dealership. We are a boutique, performance-driven automotive company specializing in sports and luxury vehicles- built for people who care about what they drive.

Alongside the dealership, we've built Premiere Service & Performance (PSP)- a full-service and performance-focused shop designed to handle everything from routine maintenance to performance modifications and builds.

What We're Building

Our goal is simple; keep the shop busy, the work consistent, and the projects exciting.

Aiming to build a team of 4-5 elite technicians and a dedicated 12V Audio / LED Specialist

Consistent workflow from:

Internal dealership inventory (20-30+ vehicles monthly)

Routine service and maintenance (all makes and models)

Repeat customers and strong referral base

Extended Service Contracts (ESC)

Our Standard

We are looking for a Talented Technician who can operate at a high level.

Diagnostic Authority and expertise is a non-negotiable Must Have

ASE Certifications are favored with automotive trade school graduation

Ability to Navigate through our CRM - Shopmonkey / Partstech

Willing to communicate with ESC claims and with adjusters/inspectors

Provide clear diagnostic direction and solve problems efficiently, the first attempt

Highly Proficient in electrical and powertrain repair and diagnosis

Provide Scanners and Personal required tools (shop scanners and tools available)

Help grow & develop mid-level techs

Valid Illinois driver's license and clean driving record required

Comfortable working on a mix of maintenance, diagnostics, and custom projects

Willing to learn to work on and service Vanderhall, GM Based Product (Autocycle)
