• Input repair order information and close orders in the data system.
• Coordinate repair orders with Service Manager and Shop Foremen for proper scheduling.
• Arrange outsource forms for vendors to conduct repairs at the shop.
• Assist drivers and callers with questions and directions.
• Create repair orders and pass work to technicians.
