Job summary

Southern Tire Mart in Houston, TX is seeking a friendly Front Counter Associate to greet customers, explain services, and create service tickets. You will coordinate repairs, provide status updates, and maintain accurate service records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Previous experience in sales, service writing, or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS/service management systems.
• Knowledge of automotive or commercial tire services a plus.
