Job summary

Southern Tire Mart in Limon, CO seeks a Service Advisor to greet customers, assess their needs, and coordinate maintenance with our technicians.

You will prepare service orders, explain repairs and timelines, and provide status updates to customers. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and attention to detail are important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college or technical training preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Prior experience as a service advisor, service writer, or customer service representative preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs in a professional and courteous manner.
• Prepare and maintain accurate repair and service orders in the system.
• Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and costs to customers.
• Provide updates on repair status and notify customers when work is complete.

• Keep the service counter area clean, professional, and organized.
