Greet customers and assess their service needs in a professional and courteous manner.
Prepare and maintain accurate repair and service orders in the system.
Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and costs to customers.
Provide updates on repair status and notify customers when work is complete.
Work closely with service technicians to ensure accurate job details and efficient workflow.
Review completed work orders for accuracy before invoicing.
Assist with warranty claims, billing, and documentation.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, and follow-up needs.
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions to better serve customers.
Keep the service counter area clean, professional, and organized.
High school diploma or GED required; some college or technical training preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Prior experience as a service advisor, service writer, or customer service representative preferred.
Knowledge of automotive or commercial tire/mechanical services is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company systems.
