Great American RV SuperStores in Grand Bay, AL seeks a Service Advisor to be the crucial link between customers and our service team, managing the service lifecycle with transparency and care. You will document concerns, communicate repairs and costs, and ensure a smooth workflow from check-in to delivery.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, RV knowledge is a plus, and strong communication with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education or training in automotive technology is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Service Writer/Advisor in the automotive, RV, or marine industry is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of RV systems, components, and basic maintenance/repair procedures (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances) is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency with computer software related to automotive service management is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document customer concerns, communicate repair needs and costs.
• Coordinate the workflow of the service department and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate documentation to the Parts and Warranty departments to facilitate claims and timelines.
• Manage the service check-in process through final quality control and delivery.

As the Service Advisor, you'll serve as the vital link between our customers and their dream RV experience by managing the service lifecycle with transparency and care.You must have a genuine passion for customer service and use empathy to turn complex service needs into positive experiences. Our Service Advisors are responsible for accurately identifying and documenting customer concerns, communicating repair needs and costs, coordinating the workflow of the service department, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process. Empathy is essential for this role. Ultimately, you will act as a quality control representative and be the primary point of contact with the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with theParts DepartmentandTechniciansto gather accurate repair needs and realistic timelines.
• Ensure theWarranty Departmentreceives precise documentation to facilitate seamless claims with manufacturers.
• Manage the delivery of products and services from check-in to final quality control.
• Maintain the smooth operation of the service department by balancing technical requirements with customer expectations.

• Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment.
