Job summary

RWC Group in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Service Writer to be the hub of our service department, coordinating the repair process from initial write-up through final invoicing and ensuring customers receive outstanding service.

You will work with technicians, parts, and customers to schedule appointments, prepare estimates, monitor progress, and close repair orders while building lasting relationships with our fleet customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy-duty trucks, automotive, or diesel service preferred.
