Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Service Writer in Eliot, Maine. The role focuses on maintaining parts inventory, processing purchase orders, and coordinating with mechanics and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of office experience, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and company systems such as InfoPro and CFA. Benefits are described in the company overview.

Qualifications

• Office equipment including telephone, fax, copier, calculator, and computer.
• Microsoft Office including Excel
• Company information systems applications including InfoPro, CFA

Responsibilities

• Assures the availability of parts in a cost‑effective manner.
• Maintains records concerning inventory levels, preventive maintenance schedules, and corrective maintenance performed on all units.
• Inputs information into the computerized fleet analysis system (TMW) daily.
• Maintains relationships with vendors.
• Prepares purchase orders for management approval.
• Receives, tags, stocks and dispenses parts to mechanics according to policy.
• Reviews purchase orders with accounting to assist in proper payment of invoices.
• Produces productivity and usage reports for management review.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Prepare and assign work orders to technicians
• Maintain positive work environment with customers, vendors, co-workers and management.

• Maintains records concerning inventory levels, preventive maintenance schedules, and corrective maintenance performed on all units.
• Inputs information into the computerized fleet analysis system (TMW) daily.
• Maintains relationships with vendors.
• Prepares purchase orders for management approval.
• Receives, tags, stocks and dispenses parts to mechanics according to Corporate and Regional policy and local operating procedures.
• Reviews purchase orders with accounting to assist in proper payment of invoices.
• Produces various productivity and usage reports for management review.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Prepare and assign work orders to technicians
• Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.

Experience & Education
