Job summary

Virnig Manufacturing is seeking a Service & Warranty Representative to provide product support, troubleshooting, and warranty assistance for dealers and end users. This role uses technical judgment to diagnose issues, coordinate repairs, and ensure a positive customer experience.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Parts Sales to resolve product issues, document cases in CRM, and coordinate training for staff on service procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical education in diesel technology, agricultural equipment, automotive technology, industrial technology, or a related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of experience servicing equipment such as attachments, skid steers, mini-skid steers, mini-excavators, or other related farm and construction equipment.
• Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting equipment issues with customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide product support and troubleshooting to dealers and end users.
• Diagnose equipment and product concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Resolve warranty claims by evaluating options and coordinating with customers.
• Research solutions by collaborating with internal departments and external resources.
• Organize and coordinate repairs and service for customers.
• Process warranty claims and returns accurately and efficiently in CRM.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, or in person.
• Coordinate and deliver training to internal staff on product knowledge and service procedures.
