Position Summary
Ensure every customer and vehicle receives a positive first impression. Support service operations and new vehicle readiness by maintaining clean, organized, safe, and delivery-ready vehicles and facilities.
Position Requirements

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Install and remove seat covers and floor mats and comply with the Metro Imports Floor Mat Safety Check Process
- Complete Daily Lobby Checklist and maintain customer areas
- Refresh coffee, water, mugs, and customer amenities
- Keep service drive, lounge, and kitchenette clean and orderly
- Wash, vacuum, fuel, and prepare customer and inventory vehicles
- Inspect vehicles for damage, low batteries, tire concerns, warning lights, missing keys, and other issues
- Maintain organized inventory rows, tags, stickers, and vehicle presentation standards
- Obtain assignments and vehicle keys, verify VIN and stock numbers, and return keys to designated key storage locations
- Communicate vehicle status, fuel needs, damage, and concerns to management
- Follow OSHA, MIOSHA, dealership safety, and hazardous material procedures
- Positively represent Metro Toyota at all times
New Vehicle Readiness Standards
- Check key box for completed PDI units ready for lot placement
- Fuel vehicles and maintain minimum fuel levels
- Wash and dry vehicles including windows, door jambs, mirrors, wheels, and interior surfaces
- Install protective floor covering when required
- Park vehicles straight, properly spaced, locked, and delivery-ready
- Ensure every vehicle is clean inside and out before customer demonstration or delivery
Safety Requirements
- Wear seat belts and follow posted speed limits
- No phone use while driving dealership vehicles
- Never leave vehicles running unattended
- Do not cut through restricted dealership areas
- Report accidents, damage, or safety concerns immediately
Physical & Environmental Demands
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and stretch
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures, weather, noise, dust, and fumes
- Work flexible schedules including weekends as needed
Other Duties
- Perform general dealership cleanup, assist customers, work cooperatively with team members, and complete other duties as assigned.
