Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of service valets and porters to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assign daily responsibilities, manage schedules, and monitor productivity and performance.
• Oversee the check-in/check-out process for all customer vehicles.
• Facilitate the flow of vehicles through the service drive, parking lot and between facilities.
• Drive in a safe and legal manner.
• Maintain good customer and employee relations.
