Toyota of Kirkland in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Service Valet Lead to join our service team. You will lead a team of valets and porters, assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process for all customer vehicles.

This full-time position offers $20 per hour, comprehensive benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and a 401(k) with company match. The ideal candidate has customer service experience and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of service valets and porters to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assign daily responsibilities, manage schedules, and monitor productivity and performance.
• Oversee the check-in/check-out process for all customer vehicles.
• Facilitate the flow of vehicles through the service drive, parking lot and between facilities.
• Fuel and clean loaner cars daily.
• Transport sales demo cars back to designated storage at the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as directed or scheduled by management.
• Maintain all outside parking lots.
• Drive in a safe and legal manner.
• Maintain good customer and employee relations.
