Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive at the dealership’s service area.
• Collect vehicle information (model, mileage, service history) to start the service process.
• Coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth handoff of vehicles for repairs and maintenance.
• Park and retrieve vehicles
• Verify accuracy of vehicle documentation and services performed before returning the vehicle to the customer.
• Provide clear explanations of services performed and any recommendations from the service team.
• Maintain a clean, organized service area at all times
