Vanguard Auto Group in Austin, TX, is seeking a Volkswagen Service Valet to warmly engage customers, move vehicles in the service area, and maintain a clean service environment. The role supports Service Advisors and ensures smooth operations across the lot with professional appearance and strong safety practices.

The position requires Saturday availability, fluent English, and a commitment to world-class customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Fluent English speaking and writing is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.
• Assist Service Advisors with providing excellence in customer service.
• Help customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact.
• Move vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed.
• Install tags in all vehicles brought for service.
• Wash and clean vehicles as needed.
• Maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks, and removing debris as necessary.
• Help maintain department cleanliness, including windows, doors, floors, etc.
• Transport customers to and from their home when needed and requested.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
