Chapman Volkswagen Scottsdale is seeking a Full-Time Service Valet to join our busy service team in Scottsdale, AZ. This entry-level position offers hands-on automotive experience and the chance to grow with a respected dealership.

Greet customers, shuttle vehicles, assist with basic maintenance checks, and keep service areas clean and organized. The role requires reliability, a neat appearance, and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Neat and clean professional appearance
• Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and direct them to their Service Advisor
• Drive customer vehicles safely between the service lane, service stalls, and parking areas
• Assist with vehicle flow throughout the Service Department to maintain an organized service operation.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including checking gas, oil, water, and tire pressure
• Provide complimentary vehicle washes as requested
• Maintain inventory of service supplies, including key tags, floor mats, and seat covers
• Keep the service drive and surrounding work areas clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Demonstrate dependability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to support the team as needed.
