Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group in Boise, Idaho seeks a dynamic Sales Lot Attendant to manage our dealership lot, organize inventory, tag vehicles with disclaimers, and ensure keys are tracked accurately.

You will verify inbound vehicles against invoices, input keys into the Key Track system, inspect for damage and accessories, keep displays neat, and move cars as needed. Must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, pass pre-employment screenings, and enjoy working outdoors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the vehicle inventory.
• Receives and verifies inbound vehicles against invoice when applicable.
• Catalog and input keys into the Key Track system.
• Ensure all vehicles have fuel, required stickers/buyersguide are in good condition.
• Inspects vehicles to detect damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice/addendum.
• Ensuring inventory is cleaned, presentable, and properly displaying DISCLAIMERS and vehicle information.
• Move and deliver vehicles when instructed.
• Must have a proactive approach and good communication skills.
