Job summary

Harr CJDR in Worcester, MA is seeking a Service Valet to deliver exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, park and move vehicles, and coordinate with the service department. The role also includes pickup and delivery from customers’ homes or workplaces and assisting with belongings as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid State of Residence Driver’s License.
• Defensive driver with an emphasis on safety.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Works well within a team.
• Follows instructions.
• Works quickly.
• Operate Manual Transmission a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in Service Drive upon arrival.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment by using the customer’s name.
• Demonstrate a positive presence with a smile.
• Move vehicles to the appropriate service staging areas.
• Pick Up and Delivery - Deliver customer’s vehicle from their home/work to the dealership and back.
• Assist customers with any personal belongings to and from their vehicle to the loaner vehicle or shuttle.
• Keep service parking lot organized.
• Work well within a team in order to serve the customer in a timely manner.
